The Investec South Africa women's hockey team fly to Delhi, India Wednesday morning with one goal in mind, to win the Olympic Qualifier Tournament that takes place from this Saturday to next Saturday and in so doing book a place at the London 2012 Olympic Games that take place in July and August.

The South African men’s hockey team played to a 3-3 draw with top Dutch Hoofdklasse club Pinoke after leading 3-2 at half-time in the fifth and final match of the Western Cape international series Sunday.

World number 12 South Africa and world number four Great Britain drew a thrilling third and final hockey Test 3-3 after GB had led 2-0 at half-time at Stellenbosch Saturday.

Due to the construction of the roof at Hartleyvale Astro and contract obligations between the contractor and the City of Cape Town, the Great Britain vs SA third and final men’s hockey Test match will NOT be played at Hartleyvale on Saturday the 11th February as originally advertised.
