"KZN Coastal Boys Hockey Association is delighted to be hosting its 4th Hockey Festival/Coaching Clinic at Kearsney College in the March/April 2012 school holidays. This is for boys and girls school First teams from South Africa and Zimbabwe," said Tournament Organiser and Kearsney master in charge of hockey, Wayne Marsden.

The details are as follows:

Dates: 
1.    Teams arrive on Saturday 24 March 2012 in the afternoon and depart on Wednesday 28 March 2012 at approx
lunch time after their last game.
1.    Teams arrive on Thursday 29 March 2012 in the afternoon and depart on Monday 2 April 2012 at approx lunch time after their last game.

Costs:    R1 600 per player and official (inclusive of accommodation and meals). Teams that bring a bus driver will be charged R1 200.

Each team will be assigned a coach for the duration of the clinic/festival (who will be a local student who is a provincial senior or under 21 player).

Alan Paton (former SA Men’s team coach) is the Head Coach who will oversee the coaching programme.

The daily programme is going to be more or less as follows:
06h30: breakfast
08h00: morning activities begin
12h00: lunch
14h00: outdoor and indoor hockey games begin and carry on until 21h30
18h00: supper

Entries are limited so please reply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please indicate which dates your school would like to attend and deposit of R5 000 per team must be made into the account below to reserve their place. Please email me the proof of payment for the deposit to reserve your team’s place.
