R169.00 payable by 31 May 2011

Provinces are reminded that a fine of R20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rand) will be payable by any Province withdrawing a team after confirming their entry, within 30 days of the relevant tournament.

Voting

AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OR SPECIAL GENERAL MEETINGS AND COUNCIL, THE NUMBER OF VOTES SHALL BE ALLOCATED AS FOLLOWS:

Any Member having 150 (one hundred and fifty) or more registered field

Hockey teams participating in club leagues, which teams have been registered with the Association, the Member shall be entitled to 3 (three) votes;

Any Member having less than 150 field hockey teams participating in

Club leagues, shall have 2 (two) votes;

Each Affiliate Member shall have 1 (one) vote; and
Each Member of the Executive Board shall be entitled to 1 (one) vote.
